摘要
对钒钛磁铁矿的成矿特性,矿物嵌布粒度,不同品位矿石分选规律,磁选、电选、浮选工艺参数等进行了研究和论述。钛磁铁矿主要以粒状集合体形态产出,是固溶体分解结构的复合矿物相,其中的磁铁矿、钛铁晶石、镁铝类晶石、钛铁矿片晶、微细粒磁黄铁矿嵌布粒度微细,难于解离和分选,只能将其作为一个整体来回收。部分解离的钛铁矿可在浮选除硫后用电选回收。
A study and description is made of mineral forming characteristics,dissemination size of minerals. Separation law of ores of different grades and technical parameters of magnetic separation, electrostatic separation and flotation separation. Ilmenite, occuring as granular aggregates, is a compound mineral phase with solid solution's decomposition structure. Since the dissemination sizes of magnetite, a ilmenite spar,spar of aluminium magnesium minerals, schistose crystals and extremely fine magnetic pyrite are very small, it is very difficult to liberate and separate them. They should be recovered as a whole. Partly liberated ilmenite minerals can be recovered by electroststic separation after sulphur remaval by flotation.
