雾化吸入二甲基亚砜对烧伤大鼠肺组织的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探索严重烧伤后肺保护方法。方法选用SD大鼠分成对照组、烧伤组、治疗组,分别于烧伤后0.5、2、8、16、24 h测肺组织含水量,肺组织切片及静脉血中黄嘌呤氧化酶(X0)含量变化。结果烧伤后肺组织含水量增加,病理切片证实肺间质有水肿现象。雾化吸入二甲基亚砜(DMSO)后可减轻肺水肿,静脉血中黄嘌呤氧化酶水平有所下降。结论雾化吸入DMSO对严重烧伤大鼠具有一定肺保护作作用。 Objective To investigate the way of lung protection in burn rat. Methods SD rats were devided into three groups. Group Ⅰ was normal rat, Group Ⅱ was burn rat, Group Ⅲ was treated by DMSO inhalant after burn. The water comtents in lung were examined at 0. 5,2,8,16,24 hour after burn. Results The water contents in lung was increased,the edema occurred in lung in group Ⅱ. XO contents in blood was decreased in group Ⅲ. Conclusion DMSO inhalant have protective effect on lung in burn rat.
