摘要
介绍了钢铁中厚板厂定尺剪切设备基本构成和利用高精度单片机MSP430F149实现控制的电气系统方案,重点介绍了光电编码器在剪切钢板宽度测量中的信号处理电路和提高测量精度的方法;通过对实际测量的随机数据分析,在钢板剪切范围内,宽度误差均不超过2 mm的允许误差,达到了系统控制精度的要求。
The basic structure of position shearing equipment and the electric control program realized by MSP430 microcontroller with high accuracy are introduced in medium plate plant, specially the signal processing circuit of photoelectric coder in shearing steel plate width measurement is analysed and the method of improving measurement accuracy is introduced; through the analysis of actual random measured data, width error is not in excess of allowable error of 2 mm in the rang of the shearing steel, and the demand of control accuracy is satisfied.
