摘要
社会资本的测量一直是其理论研究的薄弱环节,随着该概念拓展至管理学研究领域,企业社会资本的测量亦成为深化相关研究的关键。在现有研究基础上,对于企业内外部六类联系,以结构维、关系维和认知维等3个维度构建企业社会资本测量模型。验证性因子分析结果表明,该测量模型具有较好的构建效度。
Measurement of social capital is difficult to tackle in its theoretical research. When the concept of social capital is expanded into organization studies, measurement of corporate social capital is crucial for further research. From structural, relational and cogni- tive dimensions, the measurement model of corporate social capital is developed based on six kinds of linkage inside and outside firms. The result of confirmatory factor analysis shows the measurement model of corporate social capital has good construct validity.
