摘要
介绍了可靠性设计的基本技术之一的容差分析的意义及整体流程,详细论述了蒙特卡罗分析和最坏情况分析的基本原理,提出了基于软件应用仿真方法进行电路容差分析的方案,结合实际某飞机的辅助电源电路,给出了利用仿真软件研究电路参数偏差的容差分析方法,并证明该方案的可行性。
The signification and contents of circuit tolerance analysis are presented in the first place, which is a basal technology in the reliability design. The theories of Monte Carlo analysis and worst case analysis are described. Then a circuit tolerance scheme based on simulation is brought forward. Using the power circuit of an airplane, the circuit tolerance analysis method based on si .mulation software is studied. From the simulation results, it proves the method is feasible.
