摘要 目的:介绍一种新式托槽并对新研制自锁托槽的摩擦力进行对比研究。方法:随机抽取两种右上尖牙托槽各10个(新研制自锁托槽和国产传统翼结扎不锈钢方丝弓托槽)与三种弓丝各10根(国产0.016"Ni-Ti圆丝、0.016"澳大利亚不锈钢圆丝、国产0.017×0.025"不锈钢方丝)、将两种托槽分别组合分组,在实验室中模拟矫治过程中牙齿移动情况,测出各组摩擦力进行比较。结果:新研制自锁托槽比传统翼结扎托槽摩擦力小。结论:此自锁托槽属低摩擦托槽,符合口腔正畸科临床医师施加矫治力的要求。 Objective To introduce a new kind of bracket and contrast the friction forces to self-locking bracket developed recently. Methods Two kinds of brackets ten respectively(new kind of brackets and traditional stainless steel edgewise brackets tied by wings and made in china)were selected randomly in combination with three kinds of archwires ten respectively (0.016 inch Ni-Ti round wires made in china,0.016 inch stainless steel round wires made in Australia,0.017×0.025 inch stainless steel rectangular wires).In the lab, we imitated the teeth's shift to determine the friction to contrast and study. Results The friction forces of self-locking bracket was much smaller than that of traditional bracket with wings. Conclusion The friction forces of this kind of self-locking bracket is low,so it is fit for orthodontic doctors to use the rectifictive forces.
