介绍了热流道注射模流道板上流道的布置形式,简述了自然平衡和流变学平衡2种流道设计原理,此原理可保证充模熔体有合理的剪切速率和允许的压力损失,还讨论了流道板加热器设计与加热功率计算方法,简单论述了流道板设计时应注意的问题。
The layout form of sprue runner in the runner plate of hot runner injection moulds was presented. Two principles for designing the sprue runner, natural flow balance and rheological flow balance, were outlined. The principles can ensure the molten materials a proper rate of shearing and permitted loss of pressure in the runners. The design of heating appliance for runner plate, and the calculation method of heating power were discussed. Then the key points in planning runner plates were briefly described.
