摘要
目的:研究尿白蛋白排泄率与糖尿病患者中医症状的关系,为中医糖尿病的诊断治疗提供一种可量化的方法。方法:测取入选患者的尿白蛋白排泄率和中医证候得分并进行统计分析。结果:糖尿病中医症状表现越严重,尿白蛋白排泄率越高。结论:尿白蛋白排泄率与糖尿病中医证候之间存在固有的联系,可以为中医糖尿病的诊断治疗提供一种可量化的方法,传统的中医证候的科学性可以被现代医学证实。
To study the correlation between the urine albumin excretion rate （UAER） and TCM symptoms of diabetes, so as to provide a quantitative method for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes in TCM. Methods： We measured UAER and TCM symptomatic scores of enrolled diabetic patients respectively and conducted the statistic analysis. Results： Severe the TCM symptoms of diabetes was, higher the urine protein excretion rate was. Conclusion： There exists certain internal relation between the UAER and TCM symptomatic characteristics. UAER could afford a quantitative method for the TCM diagnosis and treatment of diabetes. The science of TCM symptomatic characteristics can be proved by modern medicine.
