摘要
考察柱撑蒙脱土层间距与羟基铁在制备及插层过程性能的关系,测定羟基铁插层蒙脱土过程溶液电导的变化规律;研究老化时间对羟基铁柱撑剂的粒度、电导及所制得的柱撑蒙脱土层间距的影响;碱化剂加入量对羟基铁柱撑剂粒度及所制得的柱撑蒙脱土层间距的影响。实验结果表明蒙脱土达到饱和吸附所需羟基铁柱撑剂的加入量为铁离子毫摩尔数与蒙脱土克数之比等于10;采用碱化剂加入量Na_2CO_3/Fe(NO_3)_3摩尔比等于0.5制备羟基铁柱撑剂插层蒙脱土,可制得层间距较大的柱撑蒙脱土;老化时间为4天的羟基铁柱撑剂插层蒙脱土能得到晶体比较规整的羟基铁柱撑蒙脱土。由实验数据分析可知,柱撑蒙脱土层间距的尺寸大小与柱撑剂的粒度及荷电性能有关。
The influences of preparation and intercalation process of pillared reagent hydroxyl-Fe on the basal spacing of pillared montmorillonite (MMT) were studied. During the course of intercalating the MMT with the pillared reagent hydroxyl-Fe, the pattern of the electrical conductance change of the solution was measured. The effects of the aging time during the preparation of hydroxyl-Fe on the granularity distribution and the electrical conductance of the hydroxyl-Fe prepared and on the basal spacing of pillared MMT were investigated. The effects of adding basicity dosage during hydroxyl-Fe preparation on the hydroxyl-Fe granularity distribution and the basal spacing of pillared MMT were investigated too. According to the analysis of the experimental data, it was found that the magnitude of the basal spacing of the pillared MMT is related to the granularity and electric charge of the pillared reagent used. The experimental results show that, during preparation, the suitable aging time of hydroxyl-Fe is 4 days, the hydroxyl-Fe dosage which will cause the adsorption capacity of hydroxyl-Fe onto MMT reaches saturation is the amount in which the millmolar value of the ferric ion to the gram weight of MMT intercalated is 10, and the greatest basal spacing of pillared MMT can be achieved when the used pillared reagent hydroxyl-Fe is prepared with 0.5 molar ratio of NaCO2/Fe(NO3)3.
