摘要
丹参提取物具有抗心绞痛等多种作用。作者用硫代巴比妥酸法(TBA)观察丹参水溶性提取物(Water soluble extract of solvia、miltorrhiza,ESM)的抗氧化活性,发现ESM可显著抑制Fe^2+-半胱氨酸引起的大鼠心脏、肝脏、脑、睾丸组织的匀浆、线粒体和微粒体的脂质过氧化。表明ESM具有抗氧化活性。
Extract of Salvia Miltiorrhiza was proved to have many effects, such as antiangina pectoris, etc. In this experiment, thiobarbituric acid method (TEA method ) was used to investigate the antioxidant activity of water soluble extract of Salvia Miltiorrhiza(ESM). The results showed that ESM obviously inhibited Fe2+-cysteine -induced lipid peroxidation of rat heart, liver, brain and test homogenates, mitochondria and microsomes. Theses results indicated that ESM possessed antioxidant activity.
