摘要
采用改进的溶液聚合合成反应条件与有机胺后处理相结合的新工艺开发的环境友好型低氯高固含量的PAE,研究了该湿强树脂对纸张湿强度影响。结果表明,该低氯高固含量PAE树脂在合适的条件下能显著地提高纸张的湿强度,是一种具有市场开发前景的新型湿强剂。
PAE is a wet strength agent widely used in the production of wet strengthened paper in neutral environment. But it has several shortcomings, such as low solids content and containing organochlorine. The property of an environment friendly PAE resin which was prepared in a new process combined copolymeration with posttreatment by alkanolamine was studied. It was proved that the new PAE resin has obvious wet strengthening property.
