通过分析绩效管理在企业的定位和容易出现的误区,提出了开展绩效管理的几方面原则、注意事项及应对措施。
Through the analysis of orientation of performance management in enterprises and the misunderstanding of easy emerging, several principles, cautions and some countermeasures for implementing performance management are put forward.
