摘要
本文根据实验数据采用回归方法得出了毛管及成晶管径壁比、总减径率,第一机架减径率及张力系数等因素对钢管减径内棱缺陷的影响规律。在该实验条件下实验结果表明微张力减径与一般减径过程中的内棱形成情形一致。
Effects of diameter-thickness ratio of shells and finished pipes, total reducing rate, reducing rate, reducing rate with the first stand and stretch coefficient etc. on inside arris defects of reduced pipes are evaluated by regression analysis on the basis of experiment data. The experiment result that show the forming of inside arris in slight stretch reducing is conform to that in normal stretch reducing.
