摘要
建立了热载体伴热系统通用的热平衡模型与关系式,对以加热和保温为目的的伴热系统分别建立了优化系统节能潜力的热力学评价体系,从热损失、热效率、损失、效率和能级匹配角度提出具体评价指标并推导了求算式。对应用导热胶泥的优化系统进行了实例分析,结果显示节能潜力较为显著,对于加热系统,热效率、效率可分别提高34.9%和30.9%,热损失和损失可分别降低78.5%和72.3%;对于保温系统,伴热介质的需求温度降低,损失和能级差可分别降低4%和60%以上。
The general heat balance model and the corresponding relational expressions of hot fluid tracing systems are established. The thermodynamic assessment methods of energy conservation potential of optimized heat tracing systems for heating and insulating are presented respectively. Evaluating indicators in terms of heat loss, heat efficiency, energy loss,energy efficiency and matching of energy level are put forward and their solution expressions are derived. The case study reveals that the optimization of heat tracing system with heat transfer cement can yield obvious energy conservation potential. For the heating system, heat efficiency and energy efficiency can be increased by more than 34.9% and 30.9% respectively, and heat loss and energy loss can be decreased by more than 78.5% and 72.3% respectively. For the insulating system, the required tracing medium temperature can be reduced with energy loss decreased by about 4% and energy level difference decreased by more than 60%.
