摘要
介绍了采用二次穿孔工艺生产1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢管的试验情况,分析了试验过程中的产品缺陷及产生故障的原因,提出了目前二次穿孔生产不锈钢管有待解决的工艺问题。
The experiments in the production of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel tubes using double-piercing process are described, the causes of Product defects and the production failures in the experiments are analyzed, and the problems of the double-piercing for manufacturing stainless steel tubes are put forward.
