摘要
通过对高锰钢进行冷轧变形,考察了不同变形量下冷轧高锰钢的硬度变化,利用自制三体磨料磨损试验机测试了不同磨料磨损工况下,固溶态及其冷轧态的磨损特性。结果表明,冷轧变形可以大幅提高高锰钢的硬度。在软磨料的磨损条件下,冷轧变形可以有效提高高锰钢的耐磨性;在硬磨料的磨损条件下,冷轧变形对耐磨性没有贡献。利用M M Khruschov的磨损区域理论和E Rabinnowicz的磨损模型解释了在软磨料磨损条件下,冷轧变形提高高锰钢耐磨性的机制;同时利用K H ZumGahr的磨损模型解释了在硬磨料磨损条件下,冷轧变形对高锰钢耐磨性没有贡献的机制。
The hardness change of cold roiling hadfield steel with different deformation was tested, through the cold roiling deformation of hadfield. The wear resistance of solid dissolution and cold rolling hadfield steel was tested by threebody abrasive wear apparatus. The results show that cold roiling deformation can improve the hardness of hadfield steel. Wear resistance of hadfield steel can be greatly improved by cold roiled deformation when glass particles were used as abrasives. Using quartz particles as abrasives, wear resistance of the hadfield steel is not changed with the cold rolling deformation. M M Khruschov' s wear areas theory and E Rabinnowicz' s simple model were used to discuss the wear mechanism with quartz abrasive. Moreover, K H Zum Gahr' s wear model was used to explain the wear mechanism with quartz abrasive.
