摘要
接触氧化法处理效率高、耐冲击负荷、出水水质好、占地面积小。通过实验模拟研究了二段接触氧化工艺挂膜过程,实验结果表明:在水力停留时间是2 h,V(气):V(水)=20:1的条件下,挂膜15 d后COD的去除率达到81%,出水ρ(COD_G)达到70~92 mg·L^(-1);NH_3-N的去除率达到60%,出水ρ(NH_3-N)达到0.39~0.56 mg·L^(-1);SS的去除率达84%,出水ρ(SS)达到7.3 mg·L^(-1);COD,NH_3-N,SS的去除率受温度、来水水质的影响。
Two stage biological contact oxidation has many merits such as high treatment efficiency , high volume loading rate, well quality of effluent, smaller area, etc. The two stage biological contact biofilm was studied in this paper by simulation experiment. The results showed that after 15 days average CODc, NH3-N and SS removal rate were 81%, 60% and 84% respectively under the conditions of total air and water ratio 20:1 , HRT 2.0 h, and the p(CODcr), p(NH3-N) and p (SS) of outer-water were70 - 92 mg·L^-1, 0.39 - 0.56 mg·L^-1 and 7.3 mg·L^-1. CODcr, NH3-N and SS removal rate were effected by temperature and the input-water quality.
