摘要
隐性知识的获取是企业知识管理的难点和关键问题。企业专家在决策过程中会运用大量的隐性知识,这些隐性知识决定着决策的成败。提出专家的决策过程是问题解决的过程,论证了运用出声思考法可以获取专家决策过程中的隐性知识,并构造了获取模型框架,详细解释了工作流程。
The Acquisition of tacit knowledge is the key and difficulty of enterprise knowledge management. Enterprise expert will use huge tacit knowledge when he making a decision, and just these tacit knowledge are the deciding factor of expert's decision. The paper brought forward that the process of expert' s decision is a process of problem solving, and demonstrated that using "think aloud" method could acquire expert's decision tacit knowledge. The paper also constructed the acquisition model framework and explained the task flow of it.
