摘要
在司法实践中道德与法律存在着不和谐之处,故此,人们在道德的评价问题上各持己见,本文力求在崇尚道德法律的基础上,追求一种更趋于合理、科学、和谐的法理体制。
Contradiction there being existing law and morality in middle in actual judicial practice, estimates that problem, the different people have different view to morality, makes every effort to run after one kind of tend to reasonableness, science, harmonious legal principle system on the basis advocating morality law.
