摘要
目的研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的mRNA在运动致骨骼肌损伤过程中不同阶段量的变化。方法利用bFGF引物对不同阶段骨骼肌标本进行逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测其mRNA含量,电镜观查形态学变化。结果在正常训练条件下,bFGF的mRNA在第8~12天明显升高;在一周力竭训练组,bFGF的mRNA在第2~6天明显升高。结论SD大鼠骨骼肌运动损伤过程中有内源性bFGF mRNA的表达。
Objective To investigate the change in the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) in the skeletal muscle injured by exercise and its meanings. Methods The content of bFGF mRNA in the skeletal muscle injured by exercise was determined by RT-PCR 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 17, 24 and 28 days after the exercise in the rats. The change in the morphology of the injured muscle was observed by electron microscope. Results OThe content of bFGF mRNA significantly increased 8412 days after the normal exercise. QThe content of bFGF mRNA significantly increased 246 days after exhausting exercise lasting one week. Conclusion There was bFGF mRNA expression in the skeletal muscle injured by the exercise. It is suggested that bFGF mRNA may play a role in the recovery of skeletal muscle from contusion induced by exercise.
