复方大蒜油添加剂对中国对虾免疫机能的增强作用 被引量:39

摘要 从大蒜中提取大蒜油,配以从多种中草药中提取的皂甙类天然活性物质,组成复方制剂,以0.2%的比例添加于对虾饲料中,对中国对虾(Penaneuschinensis)体液免疫功能和提高防病能力的作用进行研究.结果表明,对虾血细胞吞噬率、杀伤率和吞噬指数有极显著提高(P<0.01),血细胞杀伤指数显著提高(P<0.05);对虾血淋巴中的溶菌活力极显著提高(P<0.01),酚氧化酶活力显著提高(P<0.05);溶藻弧菌攻毒后,对虾免疫保护率提高86%(P<0.01).该添加剂经对虾口服后,可显著提高其免疫功能。 A garlic oil compound was made from garlic oil and some herb derived biologically active substances such as saponins. The compound was added at 0.2% into a feed as an additive to evaluate its effectr on humaral immunity in Penaeus chinensis , Results showed that the rate of phagocytosis ,the rate of killing and phagocytic index of haemocytes increased with great significance ( P <0.01);the killing index of haemocytes increased significantly ( P <0.05);the bacteriolytic activity of haemolymph increased with great significance (P <0.01).The phenoloxidase activity of haemolymph increased with significance at P< 0.05.In a challenge experiment with vibro alginolyticus , the immune protective rate was increased by 86% ( P <0.01).Oral administration of the additive could significantly increase the immune function in Penaeus chinensis , and effectively protect the shrimp from infection with vibro.
