摘要 犬瘟热是由犬瘟热病毒感染引起的急性、高度接触性传染病。病犬通过眼、鼻分泌物、唾液、尿和粪便排出病毒,污染饲料、水源及用具等,经消化道感染其他易感动物。也可通过飞沫经呼吸道传播,偶尔也可见到胎盘感染,引起流产和死胎。康复犬尿液中也长期带毒。一旦发生CD,除早期应用抗血清及对症疗法有效外,中晚期病例多预后不良,因此,必须依靠免疫预防控制该病的发生。文章对其流行病学、发病机理、机体免疫和免疫程序进行了综述,特别是对犬瘟热的免疫类型、疫苗种类以及免疫程序进行了详细阐述。 Canine distemper (CD) is an acute and highly contagious disease caused by canine distemper virus (CDV). CDV can be discharged by the patients through eyes, nasal discharge, saliva, urine and feces, which can contaminate feed, water source and appliances etc,and other susceptible animals can be infected through digestive tract. Also CDV can be transmitted by spits through respiratory tract. Sometimes CDV can infect animals through placenta and cause abortion and dead fetus. The recovered dog still carries CDV in urine in a long period of time. Once CD occurs, the prognosis of the patient in middle and terminal stage is bad, while the patient promptly treated with antiserum and allopathy in the early stage can be cured, so the control of CD should rely on immune prevention which includes natural, initiative and passive immunity. In this paper,the recent research circumstance of its epidemics, pathogenesis, immune prevention and immune process were summarized, the emphasis is focused on the immune types, vaccine kinds and iramane process.
