摘要
以废旧聚苯乙烯(PS)泡沫塑料为原料,以环己烷为分散剂通过磺化将其改性成一种新型高效水泥减水剂(SPS)。用单因素优选法研究了影响反应的因素,得到优化反应条件为:反应温度80℃,浓H_2SO_4用量16 g,分散剂用量40 mL,在此条件下,水泥净浆流动度20 cm,减水率约为23%,具有一定降低表面张力作用,消泡时间不到1 min。
An effective cement water reducing agent was synthesized by sulfonation of waste polystyrene plastic in cyclohexane. The influencing factors for the synthesis were studied. The optimal conditions were obtained as follows: reaction temperature 80℃, the amount of sulfonating agent 16 g and the amount of dispersion agent 40 mL. Under these conditions, the fluidity of the cement slurry was 20 cm and the water reduction was 23 %. The cement water reducing agent synthesized has ability of decreasing the surface tension, with the defoaming time being less than 1 min.
