摘要
本文研究了RE、B、RE-Mg、和Ti-N对M2高速钢共晶碳化物高温预球化的影响。结果表明:加入适量的 RE 或 B 加速共晶碳化物的球化,即可以降低球化温度约30℃,或缩短退火时间。
This paper deals with the prespheroidization process of eutectic carbides in M2 high speedtool steel inoculated with RE,B,RE-Mg,Ti-N at high temperature.The experiments show thatthe prespheroidization process of eutectic carbides can be accelerated by adding proper amoumt ofRE or B,i.e.the prespherodizing temperature approximately reduced by 30℃,or the prespheroi-dizing time shortened.
