摘要
构建农村和谐社会,离不开健全完善的农村社会保障制度。农村社会保障制度是实现农村社会公平的“调节器”,也是维护农村社会稳定的“稳定器”,为农村和谐社会构建提供重要的制度保证;农村社会保障制度是农村经济发展的“助推器”,为农村和谐社会构建提供必要的物质保证。必须大力推进农村社会保障制度的建立与完善,为构建农村和谐社会创造条件。
The construction of a harmonious rural society is inseparable from a perfect rural social security system. Rural social security system is both a regulator to realize rural social equity and a stablizer to safeguard the stability of the rural society. It provides important system guarantee for the construction of a harmonious rural society. Rural social security system is a promoter of rural economic development and provides material guarantee for the construction of a harmonious rural society. The establishment and perfection of rural social security system must be greatly promoted to create conditions for the construction of a harmonious society.
