摘要
为了减少纱线毛羽,提高成纱质量,就原料性能、锭速、钳口隔距、捻度等纺纱工艺及胶辊、下销等纺纱器材对毛羽的影响情况进行了纺纱试验。结果表明:原棉短绒率低、纤维细度细、马克隆值小,毛羽H值降低;适当降低细纱锭速、增大粗纱和细纱捻度、减小浮游区和钳口隔距,选用低硬度胶辊、新型下销及集合器,有利于毛羽的减少。指出要加强车间温湿度的管理,消除设备单锭运转异常,加强操作,做好全面质量管理,避免突发性异常毛羽的产生。
To reduce cotton yarn hairiness and enhance yarn quality, influence on yarn hairiness of spinning apparatus and spinming processing, such as top roller, bottom pin, material performance, spindle speed, nip gauge, twist and so on was tested. The test shows that yarn hairiness H value is smaller when short fiber content of raw cotton is lower, tibet" fineness is finer and Micronalre value is smaller. Reducing spindle speed suitably, increasing roving twist & yarn twist, reducing floating zone length & nip gauge, choosing top roller of smaller hardness, choosing new type bottom pin & collector are feasible to reduce yarn hairiness. It shows that abnormal hairiness can be avoided through strengthening management of moisture temperature of workshop, eliminating fault of single spindle operation, strengthening operation and quality management.
