摘要
为了减少成纱毛羽,针对细纱工序的工艺、器材及温湿度对细纱毛羽的影响情况进行了跟踪试验。结果表明:细纱捻系数适当增加,成纱毛羽减少;细纱毛羽随着细纱总牵伸倍数的增大呈上升趋势;前胶辊前移2mm~3mm对减少毛羽有一定作用;细纱牵伸工艺按照改善条干均匀度的思路进行配置,有利于减少毛羽;钢领、钢丝圈的选配和使用时间对毛羽影响较大;车间相对湿度较高有利于减少细纱毛羽。指出减少细纱毛羽要注意细纱工艺的配置、专件器材的管理以及加强各项基础性管理工作。
Yarn hairiness are mainly formed in spinning process, influence on yarn hairiness on spinning processing, apparatus and moisture temperature was tested to reduce yarn hairiness. The test shows that yarn hairiness is reduced when spinning twist factor is increased suitably, with the increasing of total draft multiple of spinning process, yarn hairiness is increasing. Changing front top roller to front position about 2 mm - 3 mm can reduce yarn hairiness in a certain extent. Changing draft processing of spinning process according to route of improving yarn evenness can reduce hairiness. Choice and use time of ring and ring traveler has evident influence on yarn hairiness, higher relative humidity is feasible to reduce yarn hairiness. The test shows that configuration of spinning processing, management of apparatus and other basic management should be paid attention to reduce yarn hairiness.
