摘要
以汽车发动机开发为例,基于设计结构矩阵对发动机开发过程进行了建模与分析;对产品开发过程中的结构特征描述,复杂产品的实体单元之间的依赖关系的管理,系统结构的模块化聚类,以及识别和优化设计迭代等方面进行了研究;对发动机开发任务进行了模块化聚类,并运用基于定量参数的分析变换模型计算了在发动机设计过程中各个任务所引起的依赖性设计迭代总量。实际开发项目应用表明,复杂产品结构的模块化聚类及设计迭代计算能有效降低发动机产品开发决策中的复杂性。
Taking automotive engine as example, and the development, modeling and analyzing the engine development process based on Design Structure Matrix was presented herein. Moreover, characterization of the task structure in product development process, management of the dependency relationship among entity elements, modular clustering of system structure, and identification and optimization of design iteration were studied. The researches were applied to the automotive engine development; modular clustering of the automotive engine development task model was given, and the quantity of dependency design iteration brought from each task was calculated based on parameterized Work Transformation Model. The calculated results demonstrate that it is effective in reduction of decision process complexity of the product development.
