摘要
基层党务干部队伍建设是高等学校党建工作的重要组成部分,在当前新形势下,高等学校基层党务干部队伍建设还存在诸多的问题和困难,这就要有针对性的加以改进和解决。其主要思路和对策是:党委要加强对基层党务干部队伍建设的领导,严把人才“入口关”;加强基层党务人才培养工作;不断增强基层党务干部队伍的开拓创新能力;加强对基层党务干部队伍的考核、监督和管理。
The college Party work cadre team building plays an important role in the development of the Party. Under the current new situation, the college Party work cadre team building faces a lot of problems and difficulties, which need to be pertinently solved and overcome. The main idea and the countermeasures are as follows：Firstly, the Party committee should reinforce the leadership of cadre team and make sure the capable person serve at the cadre position ; Secondly, emphasizing the importance of personnel training; Thirdly, improving innovational abilities of the Party work cadre team; Finally, strengthening the examination, supervision and management of the college Party work cadre team.
