摘要
采用 L_9(3~4)正交设计,以石灰、除尘铁鳞和含氧化镁渣为合成渣剂的组元,在1300℃采用喷吹法实现了铁水同时脱磷脱硫。分别优选出了脱硫、脱磷和同时脱磷脱硫的渣剂组成与相应的渣量。实验确定了影响脱磷和脱硫的主次因素顺序。实验结果还表明镁渣是一种较好的同时参与脱磷脱硫的特殊助熔剂。
Simultaneous dephosphorization and desulfurization of hot metal have been realized by inje-cting a mixture of lime,iron oxide residue and magnesium containing slag by means of L_(?)(3~4)orthogonal design at 1300℃.The compositions and corresponding quautities optimum mixtureused for the desulfurization,dephosphorization and simultaneous dephosphorization and desulfu-rization were obtained respectively.The influencing factors for dephosphorization and desulfurization were determined in order.The experiment results show that magnesium containing slag is good simultaneous depho-sphorization and desulfurization.
