摘要
利用新一代EOS/MODIS卫星遥感数据,针对MODIS的应用特点,借鉴国内外基于遥感手段监测植被的方法以及植被指数的研究进展。以天山北坡乌鲁木齐南郊的草地为研究区,通过野外实地采样得到与MODIS影像资料时相一致的草地地上生物量数据。并利用ENVI软件,提取典型区各样点的植被指数,分析遥感植被指数与植被生物量的相关关系,从而建立植被指数在不同季节草甸和草原的生物量估测模型。
In this paper, the index values of vegetation in the southern suburbs of Urumqi, located in the northern slope of the middle Tianshan Mountains, China, are derived using ENVI software after deriving the filed-collected sample data similar to the values of aerial biomass in the study area using the new EOS/MODIS data and the domestic and foreign study results of vegetation and vegetation indexes based on remote sensing means, and the correlation between the RS-based vegetation indexes and the prairie biomasses is analyzed. Thus, the remote sensing models of estimating the biomasses of the meadows and prairies in different seasons are developed. The results are as follows: (1) There is certain correlation between the aerial biomass of vegetation in the study area and the RS-based vegetation indexes, so it can be considered that it is feasible to develop the remote sensing models of estimating the biomasses of meadow and prairie based on vegetation indexes; (2) The prairie biomass values estimated with the meadow models are slightly lower than the measured values, but the meadow biomass values estimated with the prairie models are slightly higher than the measured ones, and the errors between the measured and estimated values of biomass of prairie is higher than that of meadow; (3) The analyzed values of biomass of both meadow and prairie in the study area are increased from April and to the maximum in July or August, and then they are decreased.
