摘要
自动验光仪采用红外、电子、计算机等一系列先进技术,完全超出了单纯应用光学验光的范畴。由于它具有检查速度快、不散瞳的特点,故受到眼科验光师们的普遍欢迎。但其检测结果是否准确,目前意见不一。有报道自动检测结果与视网膜检影结果一致;有的指出除散光轴外,验光仪与检影结果相似;也有人认为检影比验光仪准确可靠;papps等人则认为验光仪仅能用于普查和主观验光的起点。
The automatic optometer adopts the advanced infrared, electronic and computer techniques,so it completely surpasses the scope of optical vision test. Since the automatic optometer has fast examination speed and does not need to have the pupils dilated. It has been well received,by ophthalmic optometrists. However,different views on the accuracy of its testing results still exist now,some persons considered that the results of the automatic optometer were consistent with that of retina shadow test,some pointed out that the results of the automatic optometer were similar to that of shadow test except the astigmatic shaft,some considered that the shadow test was more accurate and reliable than optometer, but Papps and his fellows considered that the optometer can only be used for the starting point of ordinary examination and subjective optometry.
