摘要
将高频和超高频RFID设备规划于同一配送中心管理系统之中,通过解决不同设备间相互“串读”的问题,使其分别读取电子标签数据信息并承担相应配送环节的数据采集任务。设备控制以及各设备与中心系统之间的数据传输通过RS232串口、有线及无线局域网的通讯方式来完成。为实现过滤不同类型的标签,提出在标签的数据块中设置标志符来加以区分的新方法。系统应用层囊括了入库管理、库存管理、出库管理、资源管理以及报表管理等配送中心实际功能模块,最终实现完全基于RFID技术的完整的配送中心实验室模拟系统。
In order to eliminate the inter-device "cross-reading" problem, both HF and UHF RFID devices was combined into one single distribution center management system to read RFID tag data respectively as well as data from corresponding distribution knots. Device control and data flow between all devices and the central system were accomplished by utilizing various commu- nication protocols such as RS232 serial port, wired and wireless local area network. A new method to filter tags of various types through setting up the identification labels within the data blocks of tags was also developed. The application layer of the system incorporates all practical function modules of a distribution center: input management, stock management, output management, resource management, and forms management. This enabled us to eventually develop a complete laboratory-simulation system of a distribution center that is entirely based on RFID technology.
