心痛定与金佛止痛丸治疗原发性痛经疗效比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的对心痛定与金佛止痛丸治疗原发性痛经进行临床疗效比较。方法对原发性痛经患者52例随机分为2组,治疗组27例,含服心痛定每次10 mg,每天3次,连服3 d;对照组25例,口服金佛止痛丸每次10g,每天2次,连服3 d;连续3个月经周期为一个疗程。进行临床疗效、复发率、不良反应等观察。结果治疗组总有效率96%,对照组总有效率84%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复发率治疗组7%,对照组36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组不良反应低于对照组。结论心痛定对治疗原发性痛经效果优于金佛止痛丸,且服用方便,显效快,复发率低,值得推广。 Objective To compare the therapeutic effects between nifedipine and Jinfo painkiller in the treatment of original dysmenorrhea. Methods A total of 52 sufferers of original dysrnenorrhea were divided -into two groups: nifedipine group, 27 sufferers, being administered with nifedipine, 10 nag, 3 times per day for 3 days; Jinfo pain-killer group, 25 sufferers, being administered with Jinfo painkiller, 10 g, 2 times per day for 3 days. The whole treatment lasted for 3 months. The therapeutic effects, side effects, and recurring rate were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The effective rates were 96% in the nifedipine group and 84% in the Jinfo painkiller group, P〈 0.05 ; the recurring rates were 7 % and 36 % in the two groups, respectively, P 〈 0.05 ; the side effect discovered in the nifedipine group was far less than that in the Jinfo painkiller group. Conclusions Nifedipine is better than Jinfo painkiller in the treatment of original dysrnenorrhea.
