以2'-溴-3',5'-二乙酰基胸苷为原料,经Zn/AcOH催化的消除反应、水解脱乙酰基制得抗病毒药司他夫定,总收率约60%。
Stavudine, a HIV reverse transcriptase inhibitor, was synthesized from 2'-bromo-3',5'-diacetyl thymidine by elimination in the presence of Zn/AcOH followed by deacetylation with an overall yield of about 60 %.
