DETERMINATION OF PANTOTHENIC ACID IN MILK POWDER BY HIGH PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY

摘要 建立了利用HPLC法测定奶粉中泛酸的方法:色谱柱:Zorbax SB-C18;流动相:乙腈∶0.02mol/LKH2PO4=4∶96;流速:1mL/min;进样量:20μL;DAD检测器,波长200nm。方法在1μg/mL ̄20μg/mL之间线性良好,泛酸的回收率在86% ̄102.87%之间,RSD值在0.44% ̄3.23%之间。对市场上几种奶粉的检测发现,泛酸含量均符合要求,有的产品中泛酸含量远高于标示值。 A high performance liquid chromatographic method was adapted for the assay of pantothenic acid in milk powder.The chromatographic system included a Zorbax SB-C18 column (5 μm 4.6 mm×250 mm) and a mobile phase consisting of a sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate buffer and acetonitrile (96:4,v/v),with a flow rate of 1 mL/min.The column effluent was monitored by DAD at 200 nm.The system was linear from 1 μg/mL -20 μg/mLThe recoveries of pantothenic acid from samples ranged from 86 %-102.87 %,and the value of RSD ranged from 0.44 %-3.23 %.The result of assaying of pantothenic acid for some milk powder products showed: they were in compliance with recommendation and pantothenic acid contents of some products were higher than those declared on their nutritional labels.
