摘要
膜技术由于其优异的分离性能,近年来在食品工业中得到广泛应用。但在膜分离过程中存在着膜污染现象,使膜的渗透通量及截留率等性能发生改变,使用寿命缩短,极大地限制了膜技术在食品工业中的实际应用。介绍了引起膜污染的机理,分析了影响膜污染的因素,并对防止膜污染的措施及其新进展进行了探讨。
Membrane technology has been widely used in the food industries because of its excellent separation ability. But the fouling of membranes made the capability of infiltration flux and quotiety of the remanet changed, shortened the operation life. These greatly limited the membrane technology applications in food industries.In this article, the mechanism of membrane fouling and the influence factors of membrane fouling were introduced. The preventative measures and the cleaning methods of the recent research were also discussed in this paper.
