摘要 目的探讨细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子(EMMPRIN)与基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在上皮性卵巢癌(EOC)组织中的表达及意义,探讨其与EOC侵袭、转移及EOC生物学行为的关系。方法1997年~2001年采用免疫组化二步法检测了47例EOC,17例良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤(EOT)组织中的EMMPRIN及MMP-2的表达,分析其与肿瘤细胞分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移的关系。结果①MMP-2,EMMPRIN蛋白在EOT的实质和间质均表达,主要在肿瘤实质细胞表达。MMP-2,EMMPRIN在EOC组织中的表达率高于良性EOT,但差异无显著性(P〉0.05);②MMP-2的阳性表达与EOC的临床分期、淋巴结转移情况及肿瘤细胞学分级有关;③EMMPRIN在EOC中的表达明显高于良性卵巢肿瘤,并与EOC的临床分期、淋巴结转移情况有关,与细胞学分级无关。结论本研究结果表明EMMPRIN可能是卵巢癌细胞侵袭转移的间接标志。 Objective To study the expression and significance of matrix metalloproteinases-2 ( MMP-2), extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer(EMMPRIN) and their relationship with the invasion, metastasis and biological behavior of epithelial ovarian carcinoma(EOC). Methods The expression of MMP-2 and EMMPRIN in 47 cases of EOC, 17 cases of benign epithelial ovarian tumor( EOT) were determined by immunohistochemistry (IHC) and analyzed their relationship to many clinicopatholgical parameters. Results MMP-2 and EMMPRIN protein were detected in tumor parenchyma and mesenchyma, but mainly in the parenchyma. (1)The expression rates of MMP-2 and EMMPRIN protein were significantly higher in EOC tissue than in benign ones,but there were no significant difference between EOC and EOT. (2)The expression of MMP-2 correlated with tumor stages, cell grades and lymphonodes meastases in EOC ( P 〈 0.05 ) . (3)The expression rate of EMMPRIN was significantly higher in EOC than in benign one and was associated with tumor stage and lymphonodes meastases in EOC, while no relationship with cell grades. Conclusions This study indicates that the EMMPRIN may be an indirect sign to overian carcinoma cell invasion and metastasis.
