摘要 应用第四军医大学所建立的咬合接触点计算机图像分析系统,对牙尖交错位(ICP)及肌接触位(MCP)的咬合接触点进行了研究,得出了重要结果。ICP咬合接触点的生物学规律为:前牙不接触,前磨牙约有1~3点接触,磨牙的接触点最多,第一磨牙多于第二磨牙,约有7点,合计上下颌全牙列约计共有72点接触。MCP接触点单颌全牙列平均为16.5个,位于ICP稍前方,可供参考与应用。 Image pattern analysis of contact point under intercuspal position (ICP) and muscular contact position(MCP) was conducted with a computerized analyser system designed by the authors. The occlusion contact point under ICP was characterized as following: there were total 72 contact points on the dentitions of both jaws; there was no contact on anterior teeth; there were 1~3 contact points on the premolar;the most contact points were on the molars-7 on the first molar and fewer on the second. Under MCP, there were averagely 16.5 contact points on single dentition and the points were anterior to those under ICP. The data may be a reference for further research and application.
