摘要
目的通过检测牛磺酸和β-丙氨酸对老年雄性大鼠血清抗氧化指标的影响,探讨牛磺酸的抗衰老作用。方法通过在老年雄性大鼠(18月龄)饮水中添加牛磺酸和β-丙氨酸(牛磺酸转运抑制剂)30d,测定牛磺酸对老年大鼠血清中一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、一氧化氮(NO)、谷胱甘肽过氧物酶(GSH-Px)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和丙二醛(MDA)活性/含量。结果牛磺酸和β-丙氨酸对老年大鼠NOS活力和NO含量没有明显影响;牛磺酸能显著提高老年雄性大鼠T-AOC、CAT和GSH-Px活力以及GSH含量.明显降低MDA含量,而β-丙氨酸可显著降低老年雄性大鼠T-AOC、SOD和CAT活力以及GSH含量,极显著提高MDA含量。结论牛磺酸具有良好的抗衰老作用,其作用机制可能是增强机体清除氧自由基的能力和抗氧化功能,减轻自由基的损伤效应,减少脂质过氧化反应的发生和脂质过氯化产物MDA的生成,维持细胞内环境的稳定,从而起到细胞保护作用。
Objective To explore the antiaging effect of taurine through detecting the effect of taurine and β-ala on serum antioxygen in elderly male rats. Methods The elderly rats were given water adding taurine and β-ala for 30 d to determine serum NOS, NO, GSH-Px, GSH,SOD,CAT,T-AOC and MDA activity/content. Results Taurine and β-ala had no significant effects on the levels of NOS and NO,but taurine could increase the levels of T-AOC, CAT, GSH-Px, GSH obviously, and decrease significantly the level of MDA. β-ala could decrease the levels of T-AOC ,SOD,CAT and GSH significantly,but increase the level of MDA obviously. Conclusions Taurine has certain antiaging effect, its mechanism probably is related to improving the activity of antioxidation, eliminating free radical, preventing the action of lipid peroxidation, decreasing the level of MDA, and maintaining the balance of internal environment.
