摘要
研究了不同浓度的GA3、NAA、6-BA浸种处理对银叶菊种子发芽的影响。结果表明:GA3、NAA、6-BA不仅可以提高种子的发芽势和发芽率,而且可缩短发芽时间,但过高浓度不利于种子的萌发。其中以1 mg/LGA3、5 mg/LNAA以及0.1 mg/L 6-BA处理效果最好,其发芽势分别比对照高19.00%、10.33%和7.33%,发芽率分别比对照高15.34%、6.34%和7.67%。
Effects of different concentration of plant growth regulators on seed germination of Senecio cineraria were studied such as GA3, NAA and 6-BA. The results showed that GA3, NAA and 6-BA had obvious promotion functions on seed germination not only in improving germination energy and germination rate, but also in shortening germination process. High concentration inhibited seed germination. The optimum concentration was GA3 lmg/L, NAA 5mg/L and 6-BA 0.1mg/L, respectively. And the germination energy of them was 19.00 %, 10.33 % and 7.33 % higher than that of control group. The germination rate was15.34 %, 6.34 % and 7.67 % higher, respectively.
