摘要
2004~2006年进行田间12种药剂防治甜菜夜蛾、桃蚜的药效试验和室内毒力及生物活性测定。结果表明,在供试的防治甜菜夜蛾幼虫7种药剂中以溴虫腈的防效最高,药后5、7、14 d的防效分别为96.2%、99.1%、96.5%;氟铃脲和氟虫腈次之,药后5~14 d防效稳定在90%以上;高效氯氟氰菊酯和辛硫磷乳油再次之;阿维菌素、米满防效最低。在供试的防治桃蚜的6种药剂中以啶虫脒和吡虫啉防效较好,药后5~14 d校正防效均在90%以上;三氟氯氰菊酯、辛硫磷防效较低,在生产上应逐步减少使用。
The medicine effect experiment in field and the virulence and biology activity determination in lab with 12 kinds of insecticides used in common in 2004-2006 showed that among tested 7 insecticides against Laphygma exigua, chlorfenapyr had best control effect with its control effectiveness of 96.2 %, 99.1%, 96.5 % resp. after applying for 5, 7 and 14 days. Hexaflumuron and fipronil were second with their control effectiveness stable above 90 % after applying for 5-14 days. Lambda-cyhalothrin and phoxim were third and Avermectin, tebufenozide'were lowest on the control effectiveness. Among tested 6 insecticides against Myzus persicae, acetaniprid and imidacloprid had better control effects, with their corrected control effectiveness above 90 % after applying for 5-14 days. Cyhalothrin, phoxim had lowest control effectiveness from 76.8 % to 82.6 % ,which should be reduced in the production.
