摘要
通过阻力特性实验和智能型五孔球探针的测量实验,研究了排尘锥的锥度、长度及开缝结构对导叶式旋风管总压降和流场的影响规律,为排尘结构的优化以及新型高效低阻旋风管的开发奠定了实验基础。
The influence law of the coning, length, and slotted structure of the dust-exhaust cones on the total pressure drop and flow field of the guide vane cyclone tubes was studied through a resistance characteristic experiment and a measuring experiment of the intelligent five-hole probe, and an experimental basis was set for the optimum of dust-exhaust structure and the development of new type high-efficient and low-resistant cyclone tubes.
