摘要
介绍了某机载电子设备的抗振、抗冲击设计方法。通过合理设计机柜立柱的截面形状和尺寸、提高机柜各构件之间的连接强度等措施提高机柜的结构刚度,同时对设备进行隔振缓冲设计,并对分机进行加固设计来提高电子设备的机械环境适应能力。
It was introduced the design methods of anti-vibration and anti-shock on an airborne electronic equipment. The rigidity of cabinet was improved by designing the section shape and size of the vertical column reasonably, and improving connection intensity between various parts, simultaneity, vibration isolating and buffering design was applied on equipments, and box was reinforced. All these measures are taken to improve mechanical environment adaptability of the electronic equipment.
