摘要 本文用改性剂M改性PAE树脂,制备了4组不同的PAE树脂,讨论了影响PAE树脂制备的因素,做了一系列的抄纸试验,通过对试验的分析确定了最佳方案,其加入量为0.5%时,湿强效果对苇浆达到28.04%,对桉木浆达到30.18%。 PAE resin was modified by M and prepared four kinds of different PAE resins. Through a series of experiments a great deal of data has been get and the influencing factors in the process of preparation have got the analysis. Through the analysis on these data the best experiment project is obtained. When the application amount of wet-strength agent is 0.5%, the result of wet strengthening of the resin to the reed pulp could obtain 28.04% and to the eucalyptus pulp 30.18%.
