摘要
利用Raman光谱并结合能量色散X射线显微分析(EDX)和X射线衍射图谱(XRD)对混杂于纳米磷化镓粉体内的石墨和金刚石纳米微晶进行了分析。结果表明,在纳米GaP粉体Raman光谱中,位于1324 cm-1和1572 cm-1的两个宽强散射谱带分别归属于金刚石的F2g模和石墨的E2g模振动。EDX结果证实纳米GaP粉体材料中含有碳元素。XRD图谱中出现了石墨和金刚石的低晶面指数衍射峰。
By means of Raman spectroscopy, energy disperse X - ray spectroscopy and X - ray diffraction, the existence of graphite and diamond nanocrystals retained by gallium phosphide (GAP) nanoparticles was determined. Analysis of the Raman spectroscopy for GaP nanoparticles showed that the observed band at 1324 cm^-1 was assigned to the F2g mode of diamond and the band at 1572 cm^- 1 to the E2g mode of graphite. It was confirmed by EDX analysis that the GaP nanoparticles contained carbon element. It was showed by the XRD pattern from GaP nanoparticles that the graphite (100) and (101) and diamond (111) peaks were observed.
