摘要 本文从事故致因理论出发,提出了煤矿从业人员的本质安全化、煤矿机器设备的本质安全化、煤矿作业环境的本质安全化、煤矿管理的本质安全化等四个构建本质安全化煤矿的途径,旨在为煤矿生产本质安全化设计提供一种指导性思路和实用的方法。另外,安全文化是安全管理的升华和最高层次,是理性的、系统安全管理的基础,加强煤矿安全文化建设,在构建本质安全化煤矿的过程中必将极大地弥补安全管理手段的不足。 This paper starts from the accident-causing theory, and then puts forward four methods as to how to construct safe coal mines, which are the intrinsic safety system for coal mine practitioners, for coal mine machinery and equipments, for coal mine working environment and for coal mine management, aiming at offering a guiding way of thinking or a practical method for the design of intrinsic safety system for the production of coal mines. Besides, safety culture is sublimation and the highest level of safety management, and the foundation of rational and systematic safety management. Therefore, in the process of constructing intrinsic safety system for coal mines, the strengthening of the construction of coal mine safety culture will greatly make up for the inadequate safety management.
