中子辐照及其与赤霉素复合处理水稻种子对水稻苗期生长的影响 被引量:15

摘要 以快中子脉冲堆对水稻种子进行中子辐照后用赤霉素(GA3)处理,对处理的种子发芽和幼苗生长情况进行研究。结果表明,红矮B和CB的致死注量为486×10^10/cm^2,绵恢2009为900×10^10/cm^2,明恢63和绵恢2095则为1350×10^10/cm^2;半致死注量:红矮B和CB为198~486×10^10/cm^2之间,绵恢2009约为486×10^10/cm^2,明恢63为629.48×10^10/cm^2,绵恢2095为774.69×10^10/cm^2。辐射敏感性表现为保持系〉恢复系,即红矮B、CB〉绵恢2009〉明恢63〉绵恢2095。赤霉素为有效的中子辐射防护剂,40和80mg/L是水稻中子辐照复合处理适宜的浓度。 Rice seeds were irradiated with fast-neutron impulse pile and then were treated with different concentration of GA3 . The effect of combined treatments on seeds germination and seedling growth were studied. The results showed that lethal pouring dose of neutron radiation on Hongai B and CB was 486 ×10^10/cm^2 , Mianhui 2009 was 900 × 10^10/cm^2 and Mianhui 2095 and Minghui 63 were 1350 ×10^10/cm^2 . Semi-lethal pouring dose(LD50 ) of neutron radiation on Hongai Band CB was 198 - 486 ×10^10/cm^2 , Mianhui 2009 was about 486 ×10^10/cm^2, Minghui 63 was 629.48 ×10^10/cm^2 and Mianhui 2095 is 774.69 ×10^10/cm^2 . Radiation sensitivity of rice is Hongai B, CB 〉 Mianhui 2009 〉 Minghui 63 〉 Mianhui 2095. GA3 is a kind of efficient chemical radiation protection. 40 and 80mg/L are the proper GA3 concentrations of neutron irradiated rice seeds.
