摘要
从菌种选育、发酵条件和提取方法等方面,介绍了以微生物为原料制取超氧化物歧化酶的某些工艺学研究结果。
The conception of microbial superoxide dismutase(M SOD) was introduced in the paper.The recent researches and progress including mainly the isolation and purification of the strains,breeding of high producing strain and fermentation technologies,as well as gene engineering of M SOD were also rewiewed.Besides,some study tendency,problems and uses on M SOD were discussed too.
