摘要
统筹城乡协调发展,逐步改变城乡二元经济结构,是树立科学发展观和构建社会主义和谐社会的重大任务。构建社会主义和谐社会,就必须解决这一制度性难题,统筹城乡经济,实现城乡共同发展。
It is an important mission for China to make overall planning of the coordinated development of the urban and rural areas and to change the dichotomous urban-rural structure existing in the country gradually if the scientific outlook on development is to be established and a harmonious socialist society is to be constructed. It is a difficult institutional issue. Only by solving this issue, can overall planning and co--development of both urban and rural areas be realized.
